About working with me
You’re seeking deep, lasting change in your life. You’re ready to move into the next phase of transformation—to break free from the limiting beliefs and patterns that have held you back.
In the safety of a long-term therapeutic relationship, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your current life and relationships, tracing them back to their origins in your childhood experiences. Together, we’ll uncover key moments where you may have gotten stuck and work through them at your own pace.

As we explore how early experiences have influenced how you see yourself and connect with others, you’ll gain the tools to break free from unconscious programming. Through this work, you’ll begin to reprogram old beliefs, creating the foundation for secure relationships and a true sense of belonging in your world.
About me
I am a relational therapist at heart, and the relationship we cultivate together becomes a safe and nurturing space for your self-discovery and growth. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I include EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) in my trauma treatment approach when beneficial. I am also trained in Intensive Trauma Focused Therapy through Child Trauma Institute in Northampton, MA. These EMDR deep-dives in longer or more frequent sessions are designed to help move through difficult symptoms more quickly. I am continually developing my skills through various trainings in related issues common in trauma treatment.

My interest in trauma treatment started at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA, where I received a Masters degree in Counseling Arts with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology. The ideas of Carl Jung, and the Jungian approach to counseling and psychotherapy, resonated with my quest of understanding trauma and healing. My final thesis, Happily Ever After: The Resolution of Trauma in Fairy Tales, reflects my interest and exploration of how trauma inhabits the mind and body, as well as our collective stories.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in RI (lic # 01507),
MA (lic # 10000354) and
NY (lic # D-009652). You can verify my NY license status here:
I am also registered as an out of state telehealth provider in VT # 068.0135952TELE, and Florida # TPMC231. http://www.flhealthsource.gov/telehealth.
I am passionate about collaborating with individuals in the process of becoming more of who they are. I continue to enrich my skillset and develop a balanced approach that draws on both awareness and action, so that we can see the inner shifts reflected in real life changes.
